The project for Leyton’s offices takes shape as a comprehensive interior design intervention that redefines the workplace according to the principles of the contemporary office. Vibrant orange emerges as the signature color of the company’s identity, strategically used to create focal points and highlight key elements of the environment—from seating to partition walls, from circular ceiling features to detailed finishes.

The spaces are organized into a variety of environments designed to support different modes of work: large meeting rooms with long tables and ergonomic chairs, open-plan operational areas with flexible workstations, conference rooms equipped with integrated technologies, and phone booths providing privacy for conversations. Glazed partitions maintain visual permeability between areas while still ensuring the acoustic insulation required, while curved surfaces and sculptural grey volumes introduce spatial dynamism and define fluid circulation paths.

The project pays particular attention to natural light, enhanced by the wide perimeter windows that offer panoramic views and flood the workspaces with daylight. This is complemented by a carefully designed artificial lighting system, featuring circular ceiling fixtures that interact with the orange architectural elements to create distinctive graphic compositions.

The selected materials range from natural wood parquet to grey carpeting, from matte white surfaces to metal finishes, creating a balance between domestic warmth and corporate professionalism. Relaxation areas integrate natural elements such as green walls and informal seating, while meeting rooms are characterized by essential, functional furnishings. Every environment has been conceived to encourage productivity and well-being, shaping a working ecosystem that reflects the company’s innovative values and dynamic spirit.
